My Favorite Fruit Shake With Fresh Cinnamon Whipped Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    FOR FRUIT SHAKE
    yield: 1 lg. shake. double or triple for more servings
    1 ripe banana
    1/2 lemon, peeled
    1/2 orange, peeled
    1/4 cup frozen strawberries
    1/4 cup frozen mango
    1/4 cup plain yogurt
    1 tbs honey
    1/4 tsp vanilla
    Electric Blender used
    FOR WHIPPING CREAM
    yield: 4 cups
    2 cups whipping cream
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp Saigon cinnamon
    Electric Mixer used
Preparation
    Fruit Shake
    Squeeze peeled lemon and orange into a bowl, extracting any seeds found. Pour that juice, along with the rest of the lemon and orange into the blender. Add yogurt, vanilla, banana, and honey. Blend 15 seconds, then add frozen strawberries and mango. Blend until smooth (about 45 seconds).

    Whipped Cream

    place ingredients into medium mixing bowl. With electric mixer, whip for approximately 3-4 minutes, stirring once or twice in the interim to make sure sugar is mixed in. Whip until peaks start to form.

    Top Fruit shake with whipped cream and enjoy!
