Banana Breakfast Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. skim milk
1 ripe banana, peeled and cut in half
1/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 to 4 ice cubes
dash of ground nutmeg
Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender.
Cover and turn to high speed.
Blend for 45 seconds, or until creamy and smooth.
To serve, pour into tall glass.
Yield:
1 shake.
