Blueberry-Yogurt Breakfast Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. creamy vanilla nonfat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. wheat germ
    1/2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
    1/3 c. orange juice
    4 ice cubes
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
    Makes 1 shake.
