Beef And Broccoli With Carrot & Onion Stir Fry

Combine Sunbird Seasoning Mix (stir fry seasoning packet) with following 3 ingredients.
Spray pam on a non stick pan, brown beef on all sides, remove and do not cook all the way through. Set aside and keep warm.
Add broccoli, carrot and onion to pan and stir fry veggies til desired crispness. (Cover to quicken the cooking process for about 5 minutes).
Return beef to pan, add seasoning mix. Heat through.
Serve over rice.

Cut chicken into slices (thin strips) or bite size squares. Warm electric skillet or wok, placing 2 tablespoons butter in until it melts.

Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Serve over rice. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Stir-Fried Shrimp

Clean shrimp and set aside.
Add soy sauce and sugar to stir-fry seasoning; set aside.
Add peanut oil to electric wok set at 350\u00b0.
Add broccoli, mushrooms, water chestnuts, snow peas and green onions and cook five minutes, stirring often.
Remove from wok and set aside.
Place oleo in wok and add shrimp.
Season with garlic powder to taste.

Mexican Steak Casserole

For crust, combine fritos, pita and egg.
Spread in casserole dish.
In bowl, combine frozen veggies, milk and nacho cheese.
Pour over crust layer.
In Saute pan, brown beef and steak.
Season meat with french fry seasoning, mexican seasoning, salt and pepper, to taste.
Sprinkle beef mixture on top of casserole layers.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Break american cheese into small pieces and layer on top.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Serve with sour cream.

Super Easy, Super Quick Supper

Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil (any variety) in large frying pan.
Add onion and cook until clear.
Add chicken and cook until thawed.
Add broccoli and mushrooms and cook about 5 minutes until heated through.
Add bean sprouts and water chestnuts.
Mix stir-fry seasoning according to package directions and pour over stir-fry.
Add soy sauce to taste.
Be careful not to cook too long, bean sprouts will become soggy.
Serve immediately over hot cooked rice.

Heat oil in wok or skillet.
Add chicken and stir for 2 minutes.
Add vegetables and continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
Mix the seasoning, as directed, and pour over mixture.
Stir-fry 1 minute longer.
Serve over rice or chinese noodles.

Vegetable Stir Fry

Heat 2 Tbsp. oil cut up vegetables.
Mix seasoning mix with 1/4 c. water till smooth.
Add all to oil and cook at medium high. Stir constantly till tender.

Chicken Enchiladas

Dice chicken into 1 1/2-inch squares.
Saute chicken in butter and season with salt, pepper, chicken curry powder, paprika, oregano and chicken fry seasoning.
Dice onions, shred cheese and heat mushroom gravy mix according to instructions.
Mix chicken, cheese, onion and gravy mix together.

Pepper Steak

Sprinkle meat tenderizer onto steaks.
Cut steaks into 1-inch strips.
Place oil in hot skillet.
Put steak strips into skillet and brown.
Cut peppers and onions into strips and add to meat. Add Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
Add stir-fry seasoning following instructions on package.
Simmer until peppers and onions are cooked.
Serve over rice.
Makes 6 servings.

Brown beef in 2 tablespoons oil with celery and onion.
Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
Add frozen vegetables and more soy sauce to taste.
Cook until vegetables are tender, but not mushy.
If desired, add Chinese vegetables, water chestnuts and seasoning packet.
Serve over rice.

Mixed Greens And Peppers

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Place the chopped kale, Swiss chard, rainbow chard, red, green, and yellow bell peppers, leek, salt, and stir fry seasoning into the skillet. Use tongs or two spoons to gently toss and stir the ingredients together. Continue to stir and cook until the kale and chard are bright green and wilted and the bell peppers are just tender, about 10 minutes.

Stir-Fry Chicken And Vegetables

Dice chicken and heat oil in a large nonstick frypan or wok. Stir-fry chicken.
Add onion; stir until done.
Cook vegetables according to package directions.
Add to chicken.
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
Add stir-fry sauce to taste.
Stir to mix well.
This is good alone with toast or eaten over rice.

Bring water to a boil. Add rice, stir and return to a boil. Place lid on pot. Lower heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Warm wok or large pan over medium to high heat. While heating, cut sirloin steak into thin strips. Add oil to wok. Add steak.
While beef is cooking, mix together the sauce ingredients and set aside.
Add frozen vegetables and stir-fry until vegetables reach tender-crisp.
Add sauce to wok. Stir into beef and vegetables mixture until boiling and thickened.
Serve over rice.
