Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 breakfast steaks
    2 to 3 green peppers
    1 large onion
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    meat tenderizer
    1 pkg. stir-fry seasoning
Preparation
    Sprinkle meat tenderizer onto steaks.
    Cut steaks into 1-inch strips.
    Place oil in hot skillet.
    Put steak strips into skillet and brown.
    Cut peppers and onions into strips and add to meat. Add Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
    Add stir-fry seasoning following instructions on package.
    Simmer until peppers and onions are cooked.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 6 servings.
