Super Easy, Super Quick Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box frozen chopped chicken or 1 lb. chicken, chopped and cooked
    1 bag frozen broccoli
    1 jar mushrooms
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can bean sprouts
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 pkg. stir-fry seasoning
    soy sauce to taste
    3 c. cooked white rice
Preparation
    Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil (any variety) in large frying pan.
    Add onion and cook until clear.
    Add chicken and cook until thawed.
    Add broccoli and mushrooms and cook about 5 minutes until heated through.
    Add bean sprouts and water chestnuts.
    Mix stir-fry seasoning according to package directions and pour over stir-fry.
    Add soy sauce to taste.
    Be careful not to cook too long, bean sprouts will become soggy.
    Serve immediately over hot cooked rice.
