Oriental Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, beef or pork chops, cut in strips
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 red pepper, cut in strips
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 bunch green onions, cut in 1/2-inch sections
    1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, washed and drained
    1/2 lb. fresh cauliflower, washed, drained sectioned
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. snow peas (fresh or thawed)
    1 large yellow onion, cut in strips
    1 3/4 oz. pkg. stir-fry seasoning mix
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Stir-fry meat in oil.
    Add vegetables and stir-fry (until about 1/2 to 3/4 done).
    Combine seasoning mix, soy sauce, sugar and water.
    Add seasoning mixture.
    Stir-fry for 1 minute.
    Serve over rice. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
