Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chuck roast, cut into strips 1-inch long
1/4 onion, chopped
1 large bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots (mixed)
salt and pepper to taste
2 stalks celery, chopped
soy sauce
stir-fry seasoning packet (optional)
Chinese vegetables (optional)
Preparation

Brown beef in 2 tablespoons oil with celery and onion.
Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
Add frozen vegetables and more soy sauce to taste.
Cook until vegetables are tender, but not mushy.
If desired, add Chinese vegetables, water chestnuts and seasoning packet.
Serve over rice.
