Raw Potato Casserole

Mix the ground meat with the tomato soup, salt and pepper. Work in the flour; form into meat balls about the size of golf balls.
Melt the butter in a skillet; brown the meat balls on all sides.
Place the meat balls on the bottom of a well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Mix the mushrooms, onion and raw potatoes very well; pour over the meat balls.

NB; My coconut oil had set in the pantry, so i dry roasted the cashews and stirred them in while hot. This melted the coconut oil and loosened the mix. Then I popped the mix in the fridge for a half hour to firm up again.
Once all ingredients are incorporated, form into balls with your hands.
Put the desiccated coconut on a plate or in a shallow bowl.
Roll each ball in the coconut.

Combine sultanas & apricots with banana.
Mix in puffed rice and then oats until mixture becomes moist & dough-like.
Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
Shape into small balls and roll in coconut.
Serve immediately or apparently can be refrigerated for up to 5 days.

Vegetarian Raw Potato Roast

Saute the onion in the oil.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl except the chips.
