Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
In a saucepan mix cornstarch, sugar, and water. Add berries and cook on medium to medium high heat until mixture is thickened, about 15 minutes. Add butter and lemon juice. Pour into an 8\" baking dish.
Prepare the batter by mixing all of the batter ingredients and beating with a spoon until the batter is smooth.
Drop the batter over the berry mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350\u00b0F.
Let cool. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

Cook wheat berries in 3 cups of water for 1 hour until tender; add more water if necessary, drain. Rinse wheat berries with cool water and drain thoroughly.
In the microwave on medium heat, cook onion, green and yellow pepper for 1 minute, or until desired softness.
In a 4-quart pot, combine remaining ingredients with microwaved vegetables. On stovetop, bring to a boil and simmer uncovered 1 hour or until desired consistency is reached, stirring occasionally.

Black Pepper Vinaigrette:

Rinse clams thoroughly.
Place in 5 cups of water and bring to a boil.

Add broth, sugar, oyster sauce, shoyu, salt and ajinomoto.
Make cornstarch paste by adding water to the cornstarch.

Set tofu in a bowl that will fit in a steamer basket, wok or deep wide pan; cover tofu.
Place on a rack over about 1-inch of boiling water in pan.
Cover and steam until hot, about 10 minutes.
Serve warm tofu, topped with Black Bean Sauce or honey.
