Fresh Berry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. fresh berries, washed and prepared
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. presifted flour
    3/4 c. cold water or fruit juice
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Prepare and wash fresh berries. Add sugar and set aside. Blend together in saucepan flour and water (or juice). Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Add berry mixture and cook over low heat until just tender. Pour hot mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Dot with butter or margarine and add spices if desired. Prepare Sweet Drop Biscuit Dough Recipe (found in Bread section). Drop batter from a spoon onto berry mixture. Do not stir. Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve hot, with cream if desired. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
