Mix together zucchini and onion.
Sprinkle Bisquick over zucchini.

Mix together Bisquick, cornmeal, sugar and wheat germ. Whisk together buttermilk, Egg Beaters and melted butter then stir into dry ingredients. Fold in zucchini and scallion. Distribute between muffin liners and bake for 15 mins, or until lightly browned. Serve warm.

Put 1/2 of the browned hamburger on top. Repeat with remaining zucchini and hamburger. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Bisquick on top. Pour 2 cups spaghetti sauce on top. Mix together 1 beaten egg to 1 cup cottage cheese. Stir in 1 cup Bisquick. Pour mixture into pan and cover top. Bake 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Peel and dice zucchini.

Slice zucchini about a 1/4 inch
In deep baking dish, sprayed with vegetable spray (Pam), place 2 cups of sliced zucchini (1/4-inch thick) evenly across bottom. Add onion, ham and Parmesan cheese.
In blender, thoroughly blend eggs, milk, Bisquick and seasonings.
Pour over zucchini mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes or until center is set.
Combine and mix the first 5 ingredients.
Next, combine and mix remaining ingredients.
Grease 8-inch square casserole. Combine the Bisquick mixture and zucchini mixture in casserole. Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
