Zucchini Pie(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium to large zucchini
1 large onion
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/2 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
about 1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Dice or chop zucchini into 1/2-inch cubes.
Chop onion.
Saute together in oil until soft.
In large bowl, beat eggs.
Add cheese, Bisquick and zucchini mixture and mix well.
Place in greased pie pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
