" Impossible" Bisquick Spinach Feta Pie

Combine spinach, onion, red peppers, olives and seasonings in a greased 9 inches pie plate.
Top with feta.
Mix Bisquick, milk and egg with whisk until smooth, then pour over other ingredients.
Bake at 400\u00b0F for 30-35 minutes until knife in center comes out clean.

Impossible Ham 'N Swiss Pie

The pie that does the impossible by making its own crust. Makes 6 servings.

Lemon Impossible Pie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease a 10\" pie plate.
Place milk, sugar, Bisquick, butter, eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice in container of a blender.
Cover and whirl on high speed for 15 seconds.
Pour into prepared pie plate.
Bake in oven until a knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 50 to 55 minutes.

Anita'S Impossible Buttermilk Pie

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Coat a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
Combine the sugar, buttermilk, Bisquick, melted butter, vanilla, and eggs in a blender and process until smooth.
Pour into the prepared pie plate and bake until browned and still a little jiggly (the pie will set as it cooks), 30 to 40 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing into wedges. Sprinkle with a little confectioner's sugar.

Impossible French Apple Pie

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Grease pie plate, 10\" x 1 1/2\".
Mix apples and spices; turn into plate.
Beat remaining ingredients except for Streusel till smooth; 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater.
Pour into plate.
Sprinkle with Streusel.
Bake till a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 55-65 minutes; cool.
For the Streusel--------------------.
Mix Bisquick, chopped nuts, brown sugar and margarine till crumbly.

Impossible Cherry Pie

Heat oven to 400\u00b0; grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
Beat first 5 ingredients 1 minute, or until smooth.
Pour into pan and spoon cherry pie filling over batter.
Bake 25 minutes.
Mix butter with Bisquick; add sugar and cinnamon.
Crumble on pie and bake 10 minutes.

Impossible Apple Pie

Combine apples-- cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg in crockpot.
Toss thoroughly.
Combine milk soften butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and 1/2 cup Bisquick.
Spoon over apples.
Combine the remaining 1 cup Bisquick and brown sugar.
Cut cold butter into mixture until crumbly.
Sprinkle this mixture over top of apple mixture.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours until apples are soft.

Beat all ingredients until smooth (1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes by hand beater).
Pour into pie pan.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
This pie does the impossible - it makes its own crust.

Impossible Zucchini Pie

Mix together the zucchini, tomatoes, onion, green peppers and grated cheese.
Pour into lightly greased pie plate.
Blend together the milk, Bisquick mix, salt and pepper.
Pour Bisquick mixture over the vegetables in the pie plate.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Impossible Bisquick Cheeseburger Pie

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease 10-inch pie pan.
Brown ground beef and onions.
Drain and stir in salt and pepper.
Spread in pan.
Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth.
Pour into pan. Bake 35 minutes.
Top with 2 sliced tomatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake until knife comes out clean, 5 to 8 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.

Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Saute pepper and onion.
Brown hamburger and add salt and pepper.
Mix together milk, egg and Bisquick.
Pour meat mixture with onion and pepper into a Pam sprayed square casserole dish. Pour Bisquick mixture over the meat mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown.
Top with cheese.
Serves 6 people.

Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Brown beef and onion; drain fat.
Prepare broccoli as directed on package.
In blender, mix until smooth the Bisquick, eggs, milk, sage, parsley, salt and pepper.
Grease a casserole dish. Spread beef mixture as first layer, then broccoli as second layer. Spread Bisquick mixture as third layer.
Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 375\u00b0 until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 15 minutes before cutting.

Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper in a medium size bowl with electric mixer until smooth, about 1 minute.
Pour into pie plate. Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) for 35 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edges comes out clean. Garnish with tomato slices and bacon strips if you wish. Refrigerate remaining quiche.
