Heat oil in a 4 quart soup pot on medium high.
Sautee onions and garlic until soft and transparent.
Push it to the side and add ground turkey.
Cook until nicely browned and mix with onion mixture.
Add serrano peppers, cilantro, stewed tomatoes and corn, cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add mushrooms, chipotle chile powder, lime juice and chicken broth.
Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Brown ground turkey in Dutch oven. Add onions, cooking until tender. Drain if necessary. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer until vegetables are almost done, then add noodles. Continue simmering until noodles are cooked. Add more water as needed or for desired thickness.

Add ground turkey and season with salt and pepper, add the minced garlic.
Brown until no longer pink while stirring and breaking up large chunks of meat, drain well and return to pot.
Add stewed tomatoes with juice along with remainder of ingredients.
Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for an hour 1/2 or until veggies are soft.

Set crock pot to cook for 4 hours.

Brown ground turkey and drain grease if needed, add McCormick seasoning and add 1/2 cup water and let simmer.
Mold biscuits into muffin pans, bake for 8 minutes.
Add can of Rotel and cheese to ground turkey mix.
Add a heaping large spoon of ground turkey mix to the middle of each biscuit, bake another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
