I use the stems of the cauliflower and broccoli that was leftover from the broccoli and cauliflower salad to make the soup. Boil until tender; mash and remove any stems that are stringy. Proceed with your favorite cream soup recipe.
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic until onion is tender. Whisk in flour, and cook 2 minutes. Stir in clam juice and chicken broth, and bring to a boil. Mix in corn, and season with salt, white pepper, thyme, and cayenne. Reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in cream, crab meat, and green onions. Heat through, but do not boil once the cream has been added.
Combine asparagus and broth in a pan; bring to a boil, uncovered.
Stir to break asparagus apart, then reduce heat and simmer, gently, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Add salt to taste. Cut the cream cheese into 1/2-inch cubes and place in soup tureen. Pour the hot asparagus soup in and serve at once.

Combine water, diced potatoes and beef powder in a 3-quart pot.
Simmer until potatoes are very tender.
Mash potatoes but do not drain.
Add pepper, Beau Monde and cumin.
Simmer 10 minutes. Blend flour into Pet milk and stir slowly into soup.
Blend sour cream into soup.
Heat just to boiling.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve at once.
Serves 6.
Saute butter, carrot, onion and broccoli, then add soup and milk. Heat through and simmer.
Saute ground meat, bell pepper, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Then add cream mushroom soup and tomatoes. May add little water and simmer. Cook spaghetti or macaroni, then put into your sauce.
Use enough water to cover potatoes, onion and celery.
Cover and boil until done (do not drain water).

Mix together and serve hot.

Combine cream of potatoe soup and half and half in large saucepan, stir until well combined. Add butter and rest of seasonings. Heat slowly and stir often. DO NOT BOIL! Add crab and simmer at least 20 minutes. Enjoy!
In a large sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Stir in onion and garlic and saute until onion is translucent.
Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in clam juice and chicken broth.

Add corn, salt, peppers, and thyme, mix well.

In a large pot, cook the bacon crisp, remove and leave the grease in the pot.
Saute the onion and celery the bacon grease.
Add 2 quarts water to the pot, add the potatos and boil till you can stick a fork in them easily.
Turn the heat down and add the bouillon, cream cheese, crab meat and seasonings.
Simmer about an hour,stirring often.
Melt butter in a soup pot until tender.
Add minced garlic, cook for 30 seconds on medium heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients, *except crab* until heated thoroughly. (Add optional ingredients if using).
Stir carefully, add crab meat, making sure not to break up crab chunks.
Serve in warmed bowls, (warm bowls under warm water for 1 minute) adding croutons to float on top.
