Crab Meat Salad

Remove any shell from the crab meat.
Combine all the ingredients; serve on lettuce.
Shrimp may be used instead of crab meat.
Serves 6.

Dice crab meat and mix in a bowl with chopped celery, 2 diced hard-boiled eggs, seasoning and salad dressing.
Mix well. Serve as an appetizer or as a salad on lettuce.
Garnish with parsley or paprika.

Cook rainbow rotini as directed on package.
Chill with ice cubes and refrigerate for perhaps 1 hour.
Drain any water accumulated from ice cubes.
Cut crab meat into small pieces and add rest of ingredients, mixing well. (Add salad dressing to taste.)
Chill at least 1 hour before serving or even overnight; gives it a nice flavor.

Crab Meat Salad

Dissolve Jell-O in water and tomato soup.
Set aside to cool, but not to set.
Combine diced green pepper, celery, hard-cooked egg, softened cream cheese, salad dressing and crab meat or tuna with Jell-O mixture.
Pour into mold.
Store in refrigerator overnight.
Serve on lettuce with rolls or crackers (fancy).
May be served with a little dressing.
Serves 10 to 12.

Crab Meat Salad

Shred or slice enough cabbage (very thin) for 4 to 6 people or as large as you want.
Cut a couple stalks of celery in very small pieces and 1/2 green pepper, cut in small pieces (optional).
Put in other vegetables that you might have on hand.
Cube tomato if desired.
Toss these together and add about a half or whole package of fake crab meat.

Crab Meat Salad

Drain crab meat.
Chop eggs. Blend all ingredients. Serve as stuffing for tomato on lettuce leaf.
Top with slices of avocado and sprinkle with paprika.
Serves 8 or 9.

Mix crab meat, along with onions, green pepper and pickles until it's equally distributed.
Add Tabasco sauce and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Sprinkle seafood seasoning to your discretion.

Can add Worcestershire sauce (optional).

Artichoke And Crab Meat Salad

Mix artichoke, crab meat, chopped olives and seasonings. Use enough oil to coat ingredients and 1/4 as much lemon juice. Chill and serve.

Molded Crab Meat Salad

Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water.
Add the salt.
Combine the crab meat, olives and sweet pickles with gelatin.
Chill in mold.
Garnish with chicory, radishes, olives or pickles.
Serves 4.

Monk Fish Stuffed With Crab Meat

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Grease shallow baking dish with vegetable oil (I use the kind from a spray can)
Wash and dry completely the monk fish, season both sides of the fillets with salt and pepper
Divide the crab meat into four equal size portions and place the crab on each fillet, roll up and secure with a tooth pick.
Top each rolled fillet with 1 1/2 Tablespoon of mushroom soup
Place fillets in greased dish (uncovered)bake for 25 minutes

Easy Street Crab Meat Dip

Lightly oil a 4-cup (1 quart) mold and set aside.
In a saucepan over medium to low heat, combine the cream cheese and soup and stir until blended.
Sprinkle the gelatin over the mixture and stir until blended.
Stir in the mayonnaise until well combined.
Do not let the mixture boil.
Remove the pan from the heat and carefully blend in the crab meat, onions and celery. Pour the crab mixture into the prepared mold and chill for at least 6 hours.
This recipe can be made up to 2 days in advance.

Jill'S Crab Meat Dip(The Special Occasion Dip)

Microwave cream cheese to soften; spread evenly in serving dish (about 1/2-inch deep).
Evenly place crab meat over cheese and then cover with cocktail sauce.
Best with Ritz or club crackers.

Crab Meat And Vegetable Salad

In a medium-size saucepan, cook rice according to directions; let cool.
In a large bowl, combine rice, crab meat, peas, carrots and scallions; mix well.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, pepper and garlic powder; stir.
Stir this into rice mixture, tossing to coat.
Chill salad.
On a platter, arrange bed of lettuce and top with salad.

Crab Meat Bisque

Mix and heat ingredients and add crab meat at the end.

Crab Meat Dip

Combine all ingredients except crab meat.
Mix with electric mixer until blended.
Fold in crab.

Spicy Japanese Crab Noodle Salad

Mix red wine vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, mirin, sesame oil, chili bean sauce, and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl to make dressing. Season with salt.
Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Cook instant noodles until tender, about 3 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
Mix octopus, cucumber, red bell pepper, crab meat, bean sprouts, and scallions with noodles. Add dressing and mix to combine. Divide among serving plates and top with crumbled nori.

Crab Meat Mold

Have cheese at room temperature.
Remove tendons from crab meat and break apart.
Combine crab meat, cheese and remaining ingredients.
Lightly brush 1 1/2-quart mold with salad oil and press crab mixture into it.

Grandmother Smith'S Recipe For Crab Meat Imperial

Fold in crab meat to other ingredients.
Dab more mayonnaise on top, sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 20 or 25 minutes.
Rich, lots of calories but delicious.

Crab-Shrimp Salad

Boil crab meat 5 to 7 minutes in 1 1/2 to 2 cups water, lemon juice and Old Bay seasoning.
The last 2 minutes, put in shrimp. Mix together remaining ingredients with macaroni.
Add drained crab meat and shrimp.
Chill well and serve.

Shrimp Or Crab Meat Salad

Cook pasta shells in salted water. Drain.
Combine all ingredients except salad dressing in bowl.
Mix in enough salad dressing to moisten to desired consistency. Sprinkle with paprika. Chill overnight or for at least 2 hours before serving.
