Crab-Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. box seashell macaroni, prepared to directions on box and rinse in cold water, drain
1 lb. frozen shrimp
1 lb. imitation crab meat or can use 3 cans tuna
2 stalks celery (about 1 c.), finely chopped or grated
salt and pepper to taste
3 to 6 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 medium onion, grated
1/2 c. pickle relish
1 to 2 c. mayonnaise
chopped green pepper (optional)
2 to 3 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
Preparation

Boil crab meat 5 to 7 minutes in 1 1/2 to 2 cups water, lemon juice and Old Bay seasoning.
The last 2 minutes, put in shrimp. Mix together remaining ingredients with macaroni.
Add drained crab meat and shrimp.
Chill well and serve.
