Crab Meat Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. rainbow rotini
    1/3 lb. artificial crab meat
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 medium size cucumber, sliced
    3/4 c. salad dressing (of your choice)
    1 or 2 nice tomatoes (to slice on top)
Preparation
    Cook rainbow rotini as directed on package.
    Chill with ice cubes and refrigerate for perhaps 1 hour.
    Drain any water accumulated from ice cubes.
    Cut crab meat into small pieces and add rest of ingredients, mixing well. (Add salad dressing to taste.)
    Chill at least 1 hour before serving or even overnight; gives it a nice flavor.
