combine 1 1/2 cups bread flour, oats, salt and yeast
Adjust oven rack to about 4 inches from heating element and heat broiler.
Broil bread slices until golden brown on both sides.
Brush both sides of each slice with oil and rub with garlic clove.
Combine in your machine according to your manufacturer's directions.
Success Hints: Add orange extract with water, away from yeast.

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Drizzle bread with 2 tbsp oil. Grill bread for 1-2 mins per side, or until toasted. Top each slice of bread with pepperoni, tomatoes and feta. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp Parmesan and bake for 5-8 mins, or until golden.
Meanwhile, process basil, remaining Parmesan, garlic, pine nuts and remaining oil in a food processor until smooth.
Serve bruschetta topped with pesto and extra basil.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan and toast 3 slices of bread for 4-5 mins until crispy, turning as necessary. Remove from pan and repeat with remaining bread. Rub with garlic and let cool. Spread sour cream over 1 side of each slice of bread. Mix shrimp, dill and lemon juice and season. Distribute over each piece of bread and sprinkle with cayenne. Cut bruschetta in 1/2 diagonally and serve immediately.

Place tomatoes, onion, sugar, vinegar and 2 tsp oil in a bowl and mix well. Chill for 15 mins.
Meanwhile, brush both sides of the bread with the remaining oil. Heat a grill pan over a medium-high heat. Grill bread for 2 mins each side or until golden. Rub cut side of garlic over one side of each bread slice.
Add feta and basil to tomato mixture and stir to combine. Spoon tomato mixture over bread slices. Serve.

Lightly oil a heavy-bottomed frying pan and heat over medium heat. Toast bread for 2-3 mins per side, until crisp. Rub one side of each slice with halved garlic. Set aside.
Add mushrooms and saute for 2-3 mins, until browned and tender. Remove from pan and cover to keep warm. Meanwhile, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic and chopped herbs. Season to taste. Drizzle over mushrooms and toss well.
Top toasted bread with arugula, mushrooms and Parmesan. Serve warm.
Allow the yeast to rest for about 10 minutes. Stir the
oiler.
