Tomato And Feta Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None tomatoes, deseeded, chopped
    1/2 None red onion, peeled, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    12 slices baguette bread
    1 clove garlic, halved
    2/3 cup feta, crumbled
    10 None fresh basil leaves, finely shredded
Preparation
    Place tomatoes, onion, sugar, vinegar and 2 tsp oil in a bowl and mix well. Chill for 15 mins.
    Meanwhile, brush both sides of the bread with the remaining oil. Heat a grill pan over a medium-high heat. Grill bread for 2 mins each side or until golden. Rub cut side of garlic over one side of each bread slice.
    Add feta and basil to tomato mixture and stir to combine. Spoon tomato mixture over bread slices. Serve.
