Hearty Oats 'N Wheat Loaves(Winning Recipe; A Wholesome Bread For Toast, Sandwich Or Dinner) - cooking recipe

2 to 2 1/2 c. Pillsbury's Best bread flour
1 c. rolled oats
2 tsp. salt
3 pkg. active dry yeast
1 3/4 c. water
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. margarine or butter
2 eggs (reserve 1 white)
2 c. Pillsbury's Best whole wheat flour
1 c. Pillsbury's Best medium rye flour
1 Tbsp. water
4 tsp. sesame seed
Preparation

Generously grease two 8 x 4-inch or 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups bread flour, oats, salt and yeast.
Blend well.
In medium saucepan, heat water, corn syrup and margarine until very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
Add warm liquid and eggs to flour mixture.
Blend at low speed until moistened.
Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
By hand, stir in whole wheat flour and rye flour to form a soft dough.
On floured surface, knead in up to 1 cup bread flour until dough is smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
Place dough in greased bowl.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and cloth towel.
Let rise in warm place (80\u00b0 to 85\u00b0) until light and doubled in size, about 1 hour.
