Shrimp Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tbsp olive oil
    6 slices whole wheat bread
    1 clove garlic, peeled and halved
    1 cup sour cream
    1 1/4 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
    2 sprigs fresh dill, chopped
    1-2 tsp lemon juice
    1 pinch cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan and toast 3 slices of bread for 4-5 mins until crispy, turning as necessary. Remove from pan and repeat with remaining bread. Rub with garlic and let cool. Spread sour cream over 1 side of each slice of bread. Mix shrimp, dill and lemon juice and season. Distribute over each piece of bread and sprinkle with cayenne. Cut bruschetta in 1/2 diagonally and serve immediately.
