7 Grain Bread(Or Whole Wheat Bread For Bread Making Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. molasses
2 Tbsp. plus Crisco or shortening
1 1/2 Tbsp. dry milk
1 1/2 c. very warm tap water
2 c. bread flour
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. 7 grain cereal
2 tsp. RapidRise yeast
1 Tbsp. gluten for each c. flour (3 Tbsp. for this recipe)

Preparation

Put all ingredients in bread pan in order given.
Bake according to instructions of your bread machine.
