Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, stir together apples and sugar.
Add dry ingredients; stir well.
In separate bowl, beat eggs, oil and vanilla.

Divide crushed ice evenly into six large wine glasses.
Pour red wine mixture into each wine glass, making sure that each serving has a few pieces of apple.
Peel apples; slice and put in deep dish pie plate.
Put biscuit mixture on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until apples are done.
Invert dough onto plate; remove apples and mix apples with white sugar, brown sugar and nutmeg.

Combine gelatin, diluted apple juice concentrate, cinnamon and nutmeg
Core the apple using an apple core-er. Halve apple slices again.
Place in freezer-quality microwave-safe plastic zippered bag.
Put remaining ingredients in the bag. Seal bag and shake well to mix ingredients.
Reopen bag just a touch to vent. Microwave on High for 2 minutes- longer if you use a big apple.
Carefully (it will be HOT and steamy) open bag and pour over plain or cinnamon-sugar pita chips, flour tortilla chips, oatmeal or ice cream.
