Organic Yogurt Smoothie

fill your blender with ingredients and blend until smooth. Generally, I maintain the basic recipe: i.e., Ripe bananas, strawberries, yogurt, honey, flax seeds and orange juice. I change the fruit depending on availability. I love this with a slice of toasted Ezekiel bread!

Georgia Peachy Keen Smoothie

Blend the peach slices with the ice cubes and milk first until slushy texture is formed.
Add the yogurt and blend for another minute on low setting.
You may substitute fresh peaches with canned peaches with the syrup in this smoothie recipe.

Basic Yogurt Smoothie

Add all to blender.
Blend 2 minutes or until smooth.
Serve in a pretty glass with whipped cream and a straw.

Quick & Easy Pork Sausage

TO MAKE BASIC PORK SAUSAGE RECIPE: Place ground pork into a large bowl. Measure and distribute ingredient items evenly over pork. Wearing kitchen gloves, combine mixture using hands until thoroughly blended. Brown pork sausage in skillet, or cook according to recipe directions.
TO MAKE VARIATION SAUSAGE RECIPE: Add specified additional ingredients before mixing. Brown in skillet, or cook according to recipe directions.

Single Serving Smoothie Recipe

Begin by adding milk or juice to 8 oz line on blender.
Add yogurt up to 12 oz line.
Then add fresh or frozen fruit up to 16 oz line.
Blend until smooth.

Yummy Yogurt Smoothie

PLACE milk, yogurt and Carnation Instant Breakfast in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. For a frostier smoothie, add ice. Blend until crushed.
For a no-sugar added version, substitute No Sugar Added Vanilla CrA me NESTLE CARNATION INSTANT BREAKFAST and artificially-sweetened yogurt.

Berry Yogurt Smoothie

Puree raspberries, 3/4 cup yogurt and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Set aside. Puree blueberries with remaining yogurt and vanilla extract. Pour purees in alternating layers into 2 glasses and serve.

Pink Flamingo Yogurt Smoothie

Put strawberries and mango in a blender; add yogurt, milk, honey, and ice cubes. Blend on high until smooth and thick. Pour smoothie into 4 glasses and garnish each with a fresh strawberry.

Banana Avocado Yogurt Smoothie

Place Greek yogurt, avocado, and banana in a blender and puree until smooth. Add water for a thinner smoothie.

Pear And Orange Yogurt Smoothie

Dice the pears into 1 inch pieces, put in blender with orange slices, honey and mint leaves (with stalks). Pour in the yogurt.
Blend in blender.
Garnish with a few mint leaves.

Banana-Pineapple Yogurt Smoothie

Place yogurt in small bowl. Cover and freeze at least 6 hours or up to 2 days. Transfer frozen yogurt to blender. Add bananas, pineapple juice, ice cubes, and brown sugar. Blend until smooth. Makes 4 servings.

Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie

Reserve 4 strawberries for garnish.
Use a hand blender or food processor to blend milk, yogurt, strawberries and ice cream until smooth.
Pour into 4 medium size glasses.
Decorate with remaining 4 strawberries.

Banana Pineapple Yogurt Smoothie

Place yogurt in a small bowl, cover and freeze at least 6 hours or up to 2 days.
Transfer frozen yogurt to blender.
Add bananas, pineapple juice, ice cubes and brown sugar and blend until smooth.
Divide among 4 glasses.

Kiwi Yogurt Smoothie

Combine kiwi fruit, banana, yogurt and ice cubes in a blender container.
Process until pureed.
Pour into 2 glasses.
Garnish with strawberries.

Stuffed Peppers

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0. Add cheese to Basic Meat Loaf recipe. Cut peppers in halves and stuff with meat mixture.
Pour Marinara Sauce over them and bake 1 hour.

Peach And Yogurt Smoothie

In a blender combine peaches, vanilla, yogurt, milk, brown sugar and nutmeg.
While blending, add ice cubes through the lid, until thick and smooth.
Makes 4 servings.

Raspberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie

Place sliced banana, washed raspberries, yogurt, orange juice, and ice cubes in blender or food processor.
Combine until smooth. Enjoy!

Cool Yogurt Smoothie

Place yogurt, 1 1/2 cups whipped topping, fruit and ice in blender container; cover.
Blend until smooth.
Top each serving with 1/4 cup remaining whipped topping.
Serve immediately.

Lo-Cal Frosty Cocoa And Fruit Yogurt Smoothie

Blend cocoa
and
milk\tin blender.
Add yogurt and ice cubes until desired thickness.

Strawberry Orange Low Fat Yogurt Smoothie

Combine yogurt, strawberries, orange juice, mint, sugar and ice in blender.
Pulse until well blended and ice is crushed.
Serve in tall glass.
