Basic Yogurt Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 ounce) container nonfat yogurt (or 1 cup)
    1 cup frozen fruit
    1 banana (frozen)
    1 cup fruit juice
    1/3 cup dry milk
Preparation
    Add all to blender.
    Blend 2 minutes or until smooth.
    Serve in a pretty glass with whipped cream and a straw.
