Barbecue Shrimp Stir-Fry

In a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, saute onion and green pepper for 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Combine barbecue sauce, honey, basil, garlic powder and pepper and pour over vegetables.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
Add shrimp, cook and stir for 3-5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
Serve with rice.

Thai Spiced Barbecue Shrimp

In a shallow dish or resealable bag, mix together the lemon juice, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, brown sugar and curry paste. Add shrimp, and seal or cover. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat a grill for high heat. When the grill is hot, lightly oil the grate. Thread the shrimp onto skewers, or place in a grill basket for easy handling. Transfer the marinade to a saucepan, and boil for a few minutes.
Grill shrimp for 3 minutes per side, or until opaque. Baste occasionally with the marinade.

Combine butter and next 12 ingredients in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until butter melts.

Wrap gas grill grate in tin foil to prevent sauce and shrimp from falling through.

St. Louis Barbecue Shrimp

Mix sauce, seasoning and pepper, dash of hot sauce, thyme and oil in a bowl until well blended.
Add shrimp, turning to coat with marinade.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Lift shrimp from marinade and place on skewers.
Place on greased grill 6-inches above solid bed of low glowing coals or place on a rimmed baking sheet and broil 6-inches from heat.
Cook, basting frequently and turn once, until shrimp turns pink, approximately 4 minutes per side.
Makes 5 dozen.

To make marinade, combine all ingredients except shrimp. Marinate the shrimp for 1/2 to 3 hours.

Melt butter in saucepan; add green onion and garlic.
Saute. Add shrimp, salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning and red pepper.
Squeeze lemon over shrimp.
Add barbecue sauce.
Saute 4 to 6 minutes. Don't overcook!
