Wash the ribs and pat dry with paper towels.
Place each slab of ribs on a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil and rub well with rib rub.
Seal the foil and place in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
Remove from refrigerator and place sealed packed in a 275 degree preheated oven.
Cook for 3 to 4 hours or until tender.
Baste both sides of ribs with Memphis Barbecue Sauce recipe 99023 and grill 5 to 7 minutes per side.
Serve with extra sauce and lots of paper towels.

Put into a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Drain fat from pan.
Pour sauce over ribs.
Bake about 1 1/2 hours.
Baste ribs every 15 minutes.
If sauce gets thick, add more water to thin.

Mix and cook 15 to 20 minutes. Boil ribs until tender. Remove from water. Pour sauce over ribs and marinate at least 6 hours or up to 24 hours in refrigerator. Put on grill and heat ribs until hot.
Cook sauce for 10 minutes.
Brown ribs; pour sauce over ribs. Bake in covered pan at 375\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Turn down oven to 275\u00b0 and bake without cover for last 1/2 hour.
Slice onions over ribs.
Pour sauce over ribs.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 2 hours or until done.
Put meat in heavy kettle.
Add onions, carrots, celery, bay leaves and salt and pepper.
Just about cover the meat with boiling water.
Cover kettle and simmer for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove, slice and serve in Horseradish Sauce (recipe follows).
