Barbecue Sauce And Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. mustard
    1 scant tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 onion, diced fine
    2 lb. beef or pork ribs
Preparation
    Cook sauce for 10 minutes.
    Brown ribs; pour sauce over ribs. Bake in covered pan at 375\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Turn down oven to 275\u00b0 and bake without cover for last 1/2 hour.
