In a bowl, mix Cool-Whip, condensed milk, pudding, and about 1/4 gallon milk. Add chopped bananas and crushed Nilla Wafers.
Pour mixture into ice cream machine. Add milk to the fill line in the ice cream maker.
Stir mixture and begin freezing process as directed by manufacturer's procedure.
Note: Can substitute different flavors of pudding mix, cookies, and/or fruit for different flavors. Vanilla pudding and crushed Oreos (do not remove cookie filling before crushing) with no fruit makes a great Cookies N Cream-like ice cream.

Crush Ritz crackers.
Combine Ritz, melted oleo and sugar. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping.
Press into a 9 x 11-inch pan.
Blend pudding, ice cream and milk.
Pour over crust.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, top with 1 small container of Cool Whip and garnish with reserved crumb mixture.
Can be made with any flavor of pudding and ice cream.

Add crushed peppermint candy to any vanilla ice cream recipe after it has frozen for about 15 minutes.

For a smoother ice cream, separate the eggs and beat the whites until stiff before adding to the mix.
Mix sugar, eggs, milk and ice cream mix.
Add other ingredients. Stir well.
Pour in freezer. Add milk to freezing line.
Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie plate.
Arrange bananas over bottom of crust. Spread ice cream in an even layer over bananas. Top with drained pineapple. Whip the cream and spread over top. Sprinkle with nuts.
Place pie in freezer for 4 hours or until firm. Garnish with cherries, if desired. Makes 8 servings.
Slice bananas into shell, distributing them evenly. Spoon ice cream over bananas. Cover well with plastic wrap and freeze overnight or until solid. When ready to serve, cut pie into 10 or 12 servings. Garnish each piece with a dollop of fudge. Top pieces with whipped cream, pecans and cherries. Makes 10 to 12 servings.

In a blender, combine the pudding mix, milk, ice cream, 3 bananas, 1 cup crumbled wafers, and vanilla extract.
Blend on high until smooth and completely combined.
Fill four tall chilled glasses halfway with the milkshake mixture, then place a few whole wafer cookies in each. Finish filling the glasses with the rest of the milkshake.
Top each with a dollop of fresh whipped cream and garnish with wafers, a few banana slices and sprinkles.
In a large bowl, combine ice cream with honeycomb chocolate. Return to freezer container. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
Preheat a grill plate on high. In a small bowl, combine butter, honey and cinnamon. Brush over bread and bananas.
Grill bananas until golden and starting to caramelize. Transfer to a plate. Grill bread for 3-4 mins each side, until crisp and golden.
Serve bread topped with bananas, strawberries and ice cream. Drizzle with extra honey.
