Ice Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 stacks Ritz crackers
    1 stick oleo, melted
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
    2 c. milk
    1 small container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Crush Ritz crackers.
    Combine Ritz, melted oleo and sugar. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping.
    Press into a 9 x 11-inch pan.
    Blend pudding, ice cream and milk.
    Pour over crust.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Before serving, top with 1 small container of Cool Whip and garnish with reserved crumb mixture.
    Can be made with any flavor of pudding and ice cream.
