Ingredients

2 c. Ritz crackers
2 tsp. sugar
1 stick butter
2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
2 c. milk
1 medium Cool Whip
3 Heath bars
Preparation

Melt sugar and butter.
Mix crackers, sugar and butter together.
Put in cake pan.
With flat end of spoon, pack crust firmly to bottom of pan.
Mix pudding, ice cream and milk until smooth.
Pour on crust.
Let set in refrigerator.
Spread Cool Whip over settled pudding.
Break up Heath bars and sprinkle over top.
