Split the zucchini in half. Scoop out the
rom the bottom of each zucchini so it will lie flat
Cut zucchini in half long way.
Remove all seeds.
Brown hamburger; drain grease; add all ingredients and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Poke holes (halfway) in bottom of each zucchini half. Add melted butter in each half.
Add ingredient mixture and wrap each half in aluminum foil.
Add a little water between foil and zucchini.
Place sliced Mozzarella cheese on top and close foil. Bake until zucchini is soft; about 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Slice zucchini lengthwise.
Parboil 5 to 8 minutes.
Chop onions, peppers and mushrooms.
Saute in skillet with meat.
Add salt and pepper.
Scoop out centers of zucchini.
Chop up centers and combine with meat.
Mix zucchini, centers, meat, stuffing and tomato paste.
Place lengthwise zucchini on a greased pan.
Stuff zucchini.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Slice zucchini in half lengthwise. Scoop out the pulp from each half, leaving a shell a quarter-inch thick.
Brush outside of shells with oil and place in shallow baking dish.
Chop the pulp.
Saute garlic in oil for a few seconds.
Add chopped zucchini pulp and cook for one minute. Remove from heat and add bread crumbs, salt and 3 tablespoons grated cheese.
Mix thorougly.
Spoon mixture into zucchini shells.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes or until top is brown.
