Baked Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium zucchini (2 1/2 lb.)
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 medium onion, chopped fine (1/2 c.)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. leaf oregano, crumbled
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Cut zucchini lengthwise; scoop out seeds and pulp, leaving 1/4-inch shell.
    Put shells in a large saucepan with boiling salted water to cover.
    Gently boil for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Line pan with foil.
    Combine next 8 ingredients in a small bowl.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into shells.
    Place zucchini on foil.
    Sprinkle with cheese and seal foil.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Garnish with parsley.
