Baked Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large zucchini
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. basil
salt and pepper (optional)
1 medium onion
1 medium pepper
1 stick butter
Preparation

Cut zucchini in half long way.
Remove all seeds.
Brown hamburger; drain grease; add all ingredients and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Poke holes (halfway) in bottom of each zucchini half. Add melted butter in each half.
Add ingredient mixture and wrap each half in aluminum foil.
Add a little water between foil and zucchini.
Place sliced Mozzarella cheese on top and close foil. Bake until zucchini is soft; about 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
