Baked Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 small onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Boil split zucchini 15 minutes in 1/2 cup salted water. Drain.
    Scoop out pulp and save, leaving clean cavity.
    Arrange zucchini shells in oblong baking dish.
