Baked Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small zucchini
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    6 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Cut zucchini lengthwise.
    Scoop inside out with a teaspoon. Set aside.
    Boil shells for 3 minutes.
    Fry onion, zucchini scoopings and drained mushrooms in butter or oleo.
    Remove from oleo into a bowl.
    Add egg and bread crumbs.
    Mix. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Bake in a long Pyrex dish.
