Baked Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium zucchini
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Cut zucchini lengthwise; scoop out pulp and seeds, leaving 1/4-inch shells.
    Parboil in salted water for 5 minutes; drain. Place 2 pieces of heavy foil in tray or large baking pan; set aside.
