Bacardi Frozen Fruit Strawberry Or Pina Colada Pie

Mix strawberry daiquiri, Eagle Brand milk and Cool Whip together real good, then put in crusts and freeze.
Take out when needed.
Very good.

Mixed Fruit Daiquiri

Blend ice and daiquiri mixer together in a blender until smooth. Add apple, pineapple, mango, orange, and lime juice; blend until smooth. Pour rum into daiquiri mixture and blend well.

Strawberry Daiquiri(Non-Alcoholic)

Blend strawberries in blender. In punch bowl, add strawberries, Bacardi mix and ginger ale. Stir. Serve cold or serve with crushed ice.

Bacardi Daiquiri

Mix pudding mix with gelatin and sugar in a saucepan.
Blend in 1/2 cup of the water and the eggs.
Add remaining water and cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat; stir in rum.
Chill.
Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into pie crust and chill firm, about 2 hours.
Garnish with additional whipped topping and lime slices.
Very good.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Daiquiri

Blend together the daiquiri mix, ice, and rum.
Rim serving glasses with chocolate syrup.
Pour daiquiris into serving glasses.
Top each serving with 1/2 oz creme de cocoa.
Garnish with strawberries.

" Red Robin" Drink Recipe: Mai Tai

Add grenadine and orgeat into a bottom of glass.
Mound ice into glass.
Add white rum and orange curaco.
Add OJ, sweet and sour, and pineapple juices.
\"Float\" Bacardi dark rum and Myers dark rum on top.
**Should go in a glass aprox 13- 15 ounces***.

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri Pie

The pie crust should be cooled at least 30 minutes before ready to use.
Beat the cream cheese when an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy.
Gradually pour in the milk and continue beating until smooth.
Stir in the daiquiri mix and rum, and the food coloring if you are using.
Fold in the whipped topping.
Pour the filling into the crust and freeze for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.

Magic Bullet Easy Frozen Daiquiri

Fill a PARTY MUG with ice.
Pour in the daiquiri mix and rum.
Twist on the CROSS BLADE and place the mug onto the power base.
Blend on LOCK or pulse until smooth.
Twist off the blade and twist on a comfort lip ring. Enjoy!
Variations:
Strawberry Daiquiri - add a handful of fresh or frozen strawberries before blending.
Diva Daiquiri - add 1oz. coconut rum before blending.
Purple Haze - add 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao before blending.
Derby Daiquiri - add 2 Tbls. fresh orange juice before blending.

Daiquiri Punch

In punch bowl, combine pineapple juice, rum and daiquiri mix; stir to dissolve daiquiri mix.
Carefully pour carbonated beverage down side of bowl.
Mix gently.
Float lime slices atop punch. Makes 18 five ounce servings.

Bacardi Punch

About 1 hour before serving time, squeeze 4 oranges and 2 lemons into a glass pitcher or bowl.
Add pineapple juice and sweeten to taste.
Add Bacardi.
Slice remaining orange and lemon thin, then cut into small triangular pieces.
Stir well.
Cover. Let stand until serving time.
Just before serving, place block of ice in punch bowl.
Add ginger ale to juice mixture and pour over ice.
Garnish with orange and lemon slices.

Daiquiri Punch

In large punch bowl, combine orange juice concentrate, pink lemonade and daiquiri mix.
Stir in water, nectar and Schnapps. Chill until needed.
At serving time, add lemon-lime soda and some ice cubes.
Garnish with strawberries, if desired.

In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Stir in daiquiri mix, rum and food coloring, if desired.
Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared crust.
Chill or freeze 4 hours or until firm. Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate or freeze leftovers.

Strawberry Daiquiri Pie

In a large bowl, combine daiquiri mix, sweetened condensed milk, and whipped topping. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Add thawed strawberries and blend into mixture.
Fill pie crusts and refrigerate for approximately 4 hours or freeze until set.

Strawberry Daiquiri Pie

Mix together daiquiri mix, Eagle Brand milk and cream cheese. Fold in Cool Whip.
Divide and spoon into graham cracker crusts. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.

Daiquiri Punch

Mix corn syrup and rum in punch bowl, stirring to blend.
Stir in daiquiri mix.
Just before serving, add soda water, then carefully slide in ice ring.
Add lime slices.
Makes about 25 punch cup servings.

Place 3-4 ice cubes in a glass. Add Bacardi & pineapple juice, then top up with soda water!

Bacardi Cocktail

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into a cocktail glass.
Serve neat.
Note: Can also be made with Bacardi Gold rum.

Bbq Bacardi® O Chicken

Combine BACARDI(R) O, Minute Maid orange juice, soy sauce, orange zest, mint, cilantro, garlic and curry in a shallow baking dish.
Add chicken pieces, turning to coat.
Grill chicken over medium-hot fire, basting with marinade during the first 10 minutes of cooking, until cooked thoroughly.
