Bacardi Daiquiri - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand lemon flavor pudding and pie filling
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O lime flavor gelatin
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. Bacardi light rum
    2 c. prepared Dream Whip whipped topping
    1 baked 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust
Preparation
    Mix pudding mix with gelatin and sugar in a saucepan.
    Blend in 1/2 cup of the water and the eggs.
    Add remaining water and cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat; stir in rum.
    Chill.
    Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into pie crust and chill firm, about 2 hours.
    Garnish with additional whipped topping and lime slices.
    Very good.
