First put all of your tomatoes, water and sauce in a big pot. Cook on low heat while you are browning your meat. Next chop your green chilies and add them to the big pot. After you have browned your meat drain it and add it to your big pot. Now add the contents of the 2-Alarm chili mix except for the masa. Mix and add the masa about one hour prior to serving. And last but not least make adjustment as needed. Cook for at least 4 hours stirring every 15 min. and shazam its chili.
Brown turkey meat in skillet, then drain. You can purchase the 2 alarm chili package and most of the dry ingredients are there. Combine meat, beans, tomatoes, water, and dry ingredients. Simmer on medium heat for approximately 20 minutes.
Brown all the meat in the pot.
Drain partially.
Add onions, peppers, parsley, garlic and chili mix (per the instructions) and cook until the onions are clear.
Add tomatoes, sauce, cinnamon, brown sugar and the rest of the chili mix.
Cook, covered, on medium-low heat for 2 to 3 hours.
Serve with shredded Cheddar cheese sprinkled on top.

Brown beef and drain.
In a large pot combine beef, tomato juice, chili beans (can use less beans or no beans if desired), and 2-Alarm mix.
(I leave out the packet of masa, this only makes the chili thick.)
Heat thoroughly.
Serve topped with shredded cheese with some crackers on the side.
For an excellent Frito pie, just add Fritos, onions and relish.
In large saucepan, cook sausage and onions over medium high heat, stirring frequently until meat is thoroughly cooked and no longer pink.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat to low; simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. If you are in a hurry and don't want to wait for it to thicken up, use the Masa from the 2 Alarm box.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 6-8 servings.
Brown all meat with onions, chili peppers and chili mix; pour off grease.
Pour in tomatoes and tomato juice; simmer for 3 1/2 hours.
Add beans and Ro-Tel; simmer for additional hour.
Serves 25 to 30 bowls.
In a large skillet, brown ground beef and drain.
Add onion, garlic and chili mix.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Drain beans and discard liquid.
Drain jalapenos; reserve liquid.
Remove stems and slice.
In crock-pot, combine beans, tomatoes, peppers and liquid.
Add ground beef mixture.
Add up to 2 cups of water. Cook on high until bubbling.
Reduce heat.
Simmer 4 to 5 hours or cook on low overnight.
Brown beef in a Dutch oven; drain.
Add tomato sauce, 2 cups water, paprika, cumin, onion flakes, garlic salt, chili powder, and ground red pepper.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Dissolve 2 tablespoons masa into 1/4 cup hot water to make a thick, but flowable mixture.
Add masa mixture to chili.
Cover and simmer another 15-20 minutes.
Saute the vegetables; add to beans and chili mix.
Cook on low heat for one hour.
Brown hamburger and onions.
Drain. Add chili mix.
Stir until mixed together.
Add tomato sauce and chili beans.
Stir while adding ingredients.
Add coffee to thin, until desired thickness. Simmer on medium for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then cook on low until ready to eat.
Add coffee when needed or soup to thicken.
Add crackers to taste!
Brown hamburger in large pot; add onion, chili mix, beans and tomato sauce.
Add 6 cups water and simmer for 1 hour on low heat or until cooked.
Crumble ground beef into a large pot and cook until brown; drain off grease.
Add chili mix, water and crushed tomatoes.
(If you like hot chili, add cayenne pepper to taste.)
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add beans and simmer for 15 more minutes.
Cook meat and onion until brown and onion is tender.
Drain. Mix chili mix, garlic powder, beans and tomato sauce together in a big saucepan.
Add the meat mixture and simmer for about 30 minutes or until chili is thick.
Makes a big pot of chili.
Brown and drain ground chuck and onion.
Add chili mix, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Simmer until desired consistency.
If not spicy enough, add hot sauce or chili powder. Makes about 1 quart.
Freezes well for later use.
Brown beef and onion in a frypan.
Stir in chili mix.
Add tomato paste and canned tomatoes; simmer until mixture thickens. Add pinto beans and boil for 10 minutes.
If desired, extra chili powder may be added for extra hot chili.
In a large pan, fry the hamburger, sausage and onion.
Drain fat.
In a large pot, add the beans and tomatoes.
Add the meat and stir.
Add tomato juice to desired thickness.
Add the chili mix seasoning and garlic salt.
Simmer and serve.
Garnish with Fritos and American cheese.
Slice or chop several onions and cook until limp in oil.
Add ground beef and cook until pink has left beef.
Add chili mix.
In your soup kettle put tomato soup and water.
Add the meat mixture to this; bring to boil, then simmer for awhile.
You can adjust this any way you like, using less water, more or less beans, whatever you want.
Brown
hamburger.
Drain
grease.
Pour meat into large saucepan.
Add
both packs of chili mix, picante sauce, kidney beans, chopped onions and tomato soup or tomatoes.\tSimmer for 10 to\t15
minutes.
Taste.
Add Texas Pete to desired taste. Simmer 5 more minutes.
Garnish chili with shredded cheese, if you like.
Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg and 2 tablespoons chili mix; mix well.
Shape into tiny meatballs; fry in oil until brown.
In pan, combine remainder of seasoning mix, water, tomatoes and macaroni.
Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Add meatballs to sauce; heat a few more minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
