In a large sauce pan or dutch oven, heat oil. Add onion and carrot, sautee until tender. Move to side of pan and add turkey, salt and oregano. Cook and crumble turkey until thoroughly done. Add tomatoes, green onions, Williams Chilli Seasoning,lime juice, and chicken stock. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer at least one hour, but more wont hurt. When ready to eat, add black beans and heat through. Serve with sour cream, cheese, tortilla chips if desired.
Cook onion. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink. Add chili seasoning and stir. Add tomatoes or tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil, add hot chili beans and simmer about 30 minutes.
Brown turkey and sausage; drain excess liquid.
Combine cooked meat with rest of ingredients and simmer until flavors blend.
This is a very spicy chili!
If you prefer less spicy taste, use 1/2 can Ro-Tel and less of chili seasoning.
Cook beef in large kettle until it loses its red color.
Add salt, pepper, sugar and chopped onion.
Add tomato juice, water and chili seasoning; stir until dissolved.
Cook slowly, about 30 minutes, then simmer about an hour or two.
Add beans just before serving.
Do not cook with chili.

Cut up garlic and onion real fine.
Cook and stir until slightly brown.
Stir in tomato juice.
Blend in chili seasoning.
Salt to taste.
Simmer about 20 minutes.
Add jalapeno peppers to make hot chili.
Brown hamburger; drain drippings.
Add chili seasoning to hamburger on low heat.
Mix rest of ingredients.
Add hamburger mixture.
Cook on medium heat until done.
Serve.
Brown hamburger meat until done; drain grease.
Add chili seasoning, then stir.
Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
Let simmer for about 30 minutes.
Brown ground turkey in large skillet or Dutch oven.

Add the tomato juice (4 cups to start).
Add more if needed.
Simmer on top of stove for approximately 25 minutes.
Season with salt if you wish.

Stir in beans and chili seasoning.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.

Add chili seasoning, beans and tomatoes to pan.
Stir to combine ingredients thoroughly.
Simmer until sufficiently hot, generally about 15 minutes.

(Drain.) Crush 1/2 of the Doritos and put in a 10 x 12-inch baking dish. Layer meat, beans, tomatoes, mushroom soup, the rest of the Doritos and cheese.
Bake approximately 15 or 20 minutes, until hot and cheese is melted.
Grate cheese.
Mix all ingredients.
Roll in chili seasoning mix and pecans.
Chill.
Brown ground beef; mix in enchilada sauce and refried beans. Add chili seasoning, if desired.
Put in flour tortilla shells and fry until light brown.
Pour Ro-Tel cheese dip over them and top with chili beans and cheese.
Brown meat, onions, garlic, peppers, green chilies, Tabasco sauce and spices.
Cook 1 hour, then add tomatoes and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
Simmer 1 more hour, stirring often.
Then set out in snow bank overnight.
Start again next day on low simmer.
