Turkey Chili(Low Calorie And Low Sodium) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. freshly ground turkey
    1 pkg. Williams chili seasoning
    1 can tomato juice
    4 cans French-style green beans, drained
Preparation
    Brown ground turkey in large skillet or Dutch oven.
    Pour off any grease after cooking.
    Add chili seasoning.
    Mix well.
    Add the drained green beans and mix in.
    Add the tomato juice (4 cups to start).
    Add more if needed.
    Simmer on top of stove for approximately 25 minutes.
    Season with salt if you wish.
    Serves 6 to 8.
