Weight Watchers Pumpkin Delight

Do not make the vanilla pudding just mix all ingredients together.
Store in refrigerator.
1 cup 1 point for Weight Watchers.
I like to serve this in a ready-made graham cracker pie crust.

Weight Watchers Honey Banana Toast - 2 Points Per Serving

Beat the egg in shallow bowl with milk and salt.
Add 2 slices of Weight Watchers bread and turn to coat in eggy mixture.
Heat a frying pan and coat with a low fat cooking spray and fry the bread for 2 minutes on the first side or until set and golden.
Turn over and fry for another 1.5 - 2 minutes or until cooked.
Place french toast on a warm plate and add pieces of 1 small banana between the two slices.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey.

Cheryl'S Healthy Breakfast - 3 Points On Weight Watchers

Pour the cereal into a bowl.
Add the Splenda, Cinnamon and Wheat Germ.
Dice up the apple, leaving on the skin. (I use my mini food processor). This is where you can feel free to substitute a Weight Watchers 1 Point Yogurt or some other type of fresh fruit that is 1 point.
Add the water (I use hot but I'm sure it doesn't matter if it starts out cold).
Add the juice.
Microwave for 1 minute.
Stir.
If not hot enough for your taste, microwave another 30 seconds or so.

Weight Watchers Slow-Cooker Pumpkin Oatmeal

Put everything in a 3- to 6-quart slow cooker. Stir well.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Stir well before serving.
if you're on weight watchers this is 3 points per serving.

Weight Watchers Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Mix pumpkin, cake mix, and water together with a hand mixer.
Divide batter into sprayed muffin tins. (I use an ice cream scoop for ease).
Bake at 350* for 18-22 minutes or until the muffins \"spring back\" when lightly touched.

Baba'S Pumpkin Cake Pie

Crumble dry cake mix and margarine together as for pie dough in bowl.
Spray 9 x 13-inch glass Pyrex dish with Pam.
Pour pumpkin filling into dish; sprinkle all crumbs on top of filling. Bake cake as you would pumpkin pie recipe on can, except bake 10 minutes longer.
Test by inserting butter knife in cake.
If clean, cake is done.
May be served with Cool Whip.

Weight Watchers Chocolate Pumpkin Fluff

Combine a pumpkin, pudding mixes and water very well. Using a mixer or whisk makes a better texture. Add cool whip and chill.
Note: The whole thing is 11 weight watcher points Estimated points 1.5 per serving.

Weight Watchers "Raspberry Fluff"

Mix all ingredients together. Chill.
Points and serving size are estimated! You will need to check points and servings to verify. I do not know how reliable the original recipe is.

Weight Watchers 2 Point Brownies- Awesome! (Ww)

Grind fiber one to a powder in food processor.
Mix fiber one, brownie mix, baking powder, cocoa and splenda thoroughly until combined.
Blend in pumpkin, softened cream cheese, and applesauce.
Mix very well until consistent color/texture is reached.
Spoon into 22 muffin tins. If you only get 21, according to Recipe Builder they go up to 3 points so make sure to get 22 ;).
Bake at 350 for 18 minutes.

Weight Watchers "Butterfinger Fluff"

Blend pudding mix and cool whip. Mix in apples, pineapple and ground peanuts.
Servings are a guess as was not indicated on my original recipe.

Mexican Meat Loaf(Weight Watchers Recipe)

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a 9-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat; add onions, peppers, garlic and broth mix.
Saute until onions are translucent.
In medium bowl, combine sauteed vegetables with remaining ingredients.
Shape mixture into a loaf and place in an 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake until browned, about 45 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.

Weight Watchers Baked Sweet Potato Chips Recipe

Slice thin, arrange on foil lined baking sheets and season lightly (to taste). Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and bake until lightly brown, about 15 minutes. Non-Weight-watchers Alternate:
- use a salt substitute like potassium chloride rather than table salt.
- sprinkle on a little sugar or Spenda and/or black pepper, depending on your preference.

Weight Watchers Pumpkin Pie (3 Points For Whole Pie)

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Pour into a pie plate.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 375 and bake for 35-40 minutes more, until pie is set.

Weight Watchers Shrimp Spread

Mash shrimp with fork; set aside.
Whip cream cheese together with mayonnaise, onion, horseradish and lemon juice; set aside. Fold in shrimp.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours (preferably overnight).
Sprinkle with paprika. Makes 2 meals.

Weight Watchers Pumpkin Pie (Makes Own Crust)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9 inch pie-pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Blend all the above ingredients in a bowl.
Pour into greased pie pan and spread out evenly.
Bake for 1 hour.
One-quarter of a pie counts as 3 points; one-eighth of a pie counts as 1.5 points.
NOTE: Instead of 2 cups of unsweetened applesauce, you can use a 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple in its own juice.

Ww 2 Points Weight Watchers Friendly Pumpkin Soup

In large pot over med. heat cook onions in butter for about 5mins. Then add water so onions dont burn. Continue to cook onions until they are soft.
Add pumpkin and chicken broth, stir well.
Add remaining Ingredients except cheese and stir until it's well blended.
If you like a thinner soup add water or fat free milk (milk will added calories).
Serve in one cup portions, garnish with romano cheese. This is a nice low calorie cheese that adds wonderful flavor for no points! 1 Tbs. is only 15 calories! 1gm of fat!
