Do not make the vanilla pudding just mix all ingredients together.

I like to serve this in a ready-made graham cracker pie crust.
Beat the egg in shallow bowl with milk and salt.
Add 2 slices of Weight Watchers bread and turn to coat in eggy mixture.
Heat a frying pan and coat with a low fat cooking spray and fry the bread for 2 minutes on the first side or until set and golden.
Turn over and fry for another 1.5 - 2 minutes or until cooked.
Place french toast on a warm plate and add pieces of 1 small banana between the two slices.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey.
Pour the cereal into a bowl.
Add the Splenda, Cinnamon and Wheat Germ.
Dice up the apple, leaving on the skin. (I use my mini food processor). This is where you can feel free to substitute a Weight Watchers 1 Point Yogurt or some other type of fresh fruit that is 1 point.
Add the water (I use hot but I'm sure it doesn't matter if it starts out cold).
Add the juice.
Microwave for 1 minute.
Stir.
If not hot enough for your taste, microwave another 30 seconds or so.
Put everything in a 3- to 6-quart slow cooker. Stir well.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Stir well before serving.

Divide batter into sprayed muffin tins. (I use an ice cream scoop for ease).
Bake at 350* for 18-22 minutes or until the muffins \"spring back\" when lightly touched.

Whisk in the pumpkin, milk orange juice and egg
Crumble dry cake mix and margarine together as for pie dough in bowl.
Spray 9 x 13-inch glass Pyrex dish with Pam.
Pour pumpkin filling into dish; sprinkle all crumbs on top of filling. Bake cake as you would pumpkin pie recipe on can, except bake 10 minutes longer.
Test by inserting butter knife in cake.
If clean, cake is done.
May be served with Cool Whip.
Combine a pumpkin, pudding mixes and water very well. Using a mixer or whisk makes a better texture. Add cool whip and chill.

Grind fiber one to a powder in food processor.
Mix fiber one, brownie mix, baking powder, cocoa and splenda thoroughly until combined.
Blend in pumpkin, softened cream cheese, and applesauce.
Mix very well until consistent color/texture is reached.
Spoon into 22 muffin tins. If you only get 21, according to Recipe Builder they go up to 3 points so make sure to get 22 ;).
Bake at 350 for 18 minutes.
Blend pudding mix and cool whip. Mix in apples, pineapple and ground peanuts.

In a 9-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat; add onions, peppers, garlic and broth mix.

- use a salt substitute like potassium chloride rather than table salt.

Reduce heat to 375 and bake for 35-40 minutes more, until pie is set.

In large pot over med. heat cook onions in butter for about 5mins. Then add water so onions dont burn. Continue to cook onions until they are soft.
Add pumpkin and chicken broth, stir well.
Add remaining Ingredients except cheese and stir until it's well blended.
If you like a thinner soup add water or fat free milk (milk will added calories).
Serve in one cup portions, garnish with romano cheese. This is a nice low calorie cheese that adds wonderful flavor for no points! 1 Tbs. is only 15 calories! 1gm of fat!
