Weight Watchers Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. dry skim milk
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    8 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pumpkin
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    2 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
    Combine eggs and vanilla.
    Add pumpkin, carrots and raisins.
    Add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into prepared muffin pan, sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
