Weight Watchers Shrimp Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. drained canned baby shrimp
    2/3 pkg. Weight Watchers cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. Weight Watchers mayonnaise
    1 oz. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. prepared white horseradish
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to season
    paprika (for garnish)
Preparation
    Mash shrimp with fork; set aside.
    Whip cream cheese together with mayonnaise, onion, horseradish and lemon juice; set aside. Fold in shrimp.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours (preferably overnight).
    Sprinkle with paprika. Makes 2 meals.
