Weight Watchers Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. dry milk (powdered)
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    8 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pumpkin
    1/2 c. grated carrot (1/2 large)
    4 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    In another bowl, combine eggs and vanilla.
    Add pumpkin.
    Combine with dry ingredients and mix well with mixer.
    Stir in carrot and raisins.
    Pour in muffin pan sprayed with Pam (1/4 cup per muffin).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins; six muffins equals one serving.
