Cube Velveeta in a microwave safe dish. Add all ingredients. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir well.
Microwave for additional 4 minutes, until cheese is melted and all ingredients are blended.
Serve hot with tortilla chips!
Mix Velveeta and salsa in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high 5 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring after 3 minutes.
Serve hot with assorted cut-up vegetables, toasted chips or tortilla chips.

Variation: For Velveeta chili dip, prepare as directed, substituting your favorite variety of canned chili (with or without beans, regular or spicy) for the salsa.

Stir and let cook down some.

In a saucepan, combine ingredients; stir over low heat until cheese spread is melted.

Microwave on HIGH until Velveeta is melted, 3-5 minutes, stirring once.

Melt about half of the Velveeta cheese and a little over 1/2 can Ro-Tel green chilies and tomatoes.

Brown hamburger with 57 Sauce.
Drain.
Cube Velveeta and melt in heavy saucepan with Ro-Tel tomatoes (I use extra tomatoes).
Add hamburger that has been seasoned with Heinz 57.
Mix well and eat with tortilla chips or Fritos.
