Hot Rotel Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat or sausage (Jimmy Dean)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 cans Ro-Tel mix, chopped
1 (8 oz.) jar Pace picante sauce (hot)
Preparation

Cook the ground meat or sausage, then drain off the grease. Then cook Velveeta cheese, Ro-Tel and picante sauce together on slow simmer until cheese melts.
Then mix in the meat.
